Dizzion DaaS on IBM Cloud is a service from Dizzion and IBM, validated by VMware, that includes the DaaS service, IBM Cloud infrastructure, and Horizon licensing in one bundle. This service includes Concurrent desktop service model Proprietary C3 Insights and Analytics monitoring Portal Proactive 24x7x365 technical support Industry leading 99.99% availability SLA.
Dizzion Managed DaaS includes all of the great features of Dizzion DaaS delivered as a fully managed service. Additional features include: Desktop Pool Management, Desktop Patching, GPO assistance and all moves, adds and changes to the entire EUC deployment..
Minimum new order size: 200 GB Total Desktop RAM (Example: Fifty 2 vCPU, 4 GB RAM Desktops equals 200 GB total desktop RAM). Please contact channel@dizzion.com for assistance configuring the best service for your organization.
