Profound Logic Software, Inc. (“Provider”) is the owner and primary support organization for AppDev (“Offering”) made available through the IBM Cloud Marketplace. Provider supplies all technical support and maintenance for AppDev customers obtained through the Marketplace. IBM is not responsible for direct technical support of the Offering unless stated in a separate written agreement.
Support covers installation, configuration, troubleshooting, defect triage and correction, and delivery of upgrades/maintenance releases for supported AppDev versions. Support does not include customer-authored custom code outside AppDev, third-party products not distributed as part of AppDev, customizations beyond documented configuration, or issues caused by unsupported environments.
