The cloud availability is based on the features that you can handle through watsonx.data's user interface.

*IBM watsonx.data Premium is available as on-premises software. For the watsonx.data Premium on SaaS, you need to provision separate service instances for watsonx.data, watsonx.ai Runtime, watsonx.ai Studio, watsonx.data Intelligence, and watsonx.data Integration.

AWS deployments are currently unavailable in Canada, Japan, and Korea but can be made available with 8–10 days’ notice; in the U.S., watsonx.data is deployed only in N. Virginia, with Oregon available upon similar notice.
