Salesforce Data Cloud provides a native connector that enables you to federate data in IBM® watsonx.data. This integration allows you to query objects directly from watsonx.data using Salesforce Data Cloud and combine with other data sources for advanced analytics.

This integration is configured from within Salesforce Data Cloud, not from the watsonx.data console.
