Migrating to IBM Cloud
On December 18, 2017, IBM launched IBM Watson® Knowledge Studio on IBM Cloud, which marks the beginning of the process to migrate all Knowledge Studio instances from IBM Marketplace to the IBM Cloud platform.
Knowledge Studio on IBM Cloud uses the term workspace, while Knowledge Studio on IBM Marketplace uses the term project. The functionality is the same. Only the terminology is different.
If you need to comply with GDPR, you must migrate to the IBM Cloud platform. Knowledge Studio on IBM Marketplace has been retired and is not suitable for clients who require compliance with the European Union's General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) (EU) 2016/679.
