End of Support for NSX-V instance deployments
End of Marketing: As of 31 October 2025, new deployments of VMware Solutions offerings are no longer available for new customers. Existing customers can still use and expand their active VMware® workloads on IBM Cloud®. For more information, see End of Marketing for VMware on IBM Cloud.
Broadcom® support for VMware NSX-V deployments ended on 16 January 2022. In addition, extended NSX-V support from IBM® (exclusive to IBM Cloud®) ended on January 2025.
If you are still running NSX-V, your existing instance is not supported and also noncompliant with VMware vCloud Usage Meter. You must migrate from NSX–V to NSX–T as soon as possible.
