With the bare metal server infrastructure provided in IBM Cloud® Virtual Private Cloud (IBM Cloud VPC), you can quickly deploy VMware Cloud Foundation for VPC on IBM Cloud.

Ensure that the following requirements are met:
* [IBM Cloud account requirements](https://cloud.ibm.com/docs/vmwaresolutions?topic=vmwaresolutions-vpc-vcf-plan&format=markdown#vpc-vcf-plan-acc)
* [Required permissions for managing IBM Cloud resources](https://cloud.ibm.com/docs/vmwaresolutions?topic=vmwaresolutions-vpc-vcf-plan&format=markdown#vpc-vcf-plan-permission)
* [Requirements for the list of allowed IP addresses](https://cloud.ibm.com/docs/vmwaresolutions?topic=vmwaresolutions-trbl_vcf_vpc_allowlist_ip&format=markdown)

The installation of VCF for VPC on IBM Cloud uses the Terraform IBM Provider to create the necessary infrastructure resources and services.

Do not modify any values that are set during resource deployment and VCF for VPC instance order from the Schematics workspace. After the instance is provisioned, do not add or remove hosts manually.
