# Why are Zerto VRAs visible on the ESXi host in the vCenter console after Zerto is uninstalled?

As of 17 July 2025, new automated installations of Red Hat® OpenShift® for VMware® are no longer available for new or existing deployments of VMware Cloud Foundation for Classic - Automated instances. You can still use or delete your existing Red Hat OpenShift for VMware automated installations until 16 July 2026. The service will no longer be available from 17 July 2026.

Zerto Virtual Replication Appliances (VRAs) are not removed after you use the IBM Cloud® infrastructure customer portal to successfully uninstall the HPE Zerto Software service.

Manually remove the VRAs from the vCenter® console.

1. Log in to the vCenter console.
2. Click **Hosts and Clusters**, and locate the virtual machines with names that start with **Z-VRA-**. For example, **`Z-VRA-host0-vcs40dal.vcs.icvs.org`**.
3. Right-click the **Z-VRA-** virtual machine, and click **Delete from Disk**.
