# Why aren't Zerto VRAs displaying for newly created ESXi servers?

As of 17 July 2025, new automated installations of Red Hat® OpenShift® for VMware® are no longer available for new or existing deployments of VMware Cloud Foundation for Classic - Automated instances. You can still use or delete your existing Red Hat OpenShift for VMware automated installations until 16 July 2026. The service will no longer be available from 17 July 2026.
{: deprecated}

Virtual Replication Appliances (VRAs) are not displayed on the Zerto Virtual Replication console after you add VMware ESXi™ servers to a VMware Cloud Foundation for Classic - Automated instance with HPE Zerto Software disaster recovery installed.
{: tsSymptoms}

The HPE Zerto Software disaster recovery service is installed only on the ESXi server from the default cluster (**cluster1** for instances that are deployed in V3.1 or earlier). If new clusters are created in the same vCenter Server environment or if ESXi servers are added to new clusters, HPE Zerto Software disaster recovery is not installed on them. On those clusters, you must install HPE Zerto Software disaster recovery separately.
{: tsCauses}

Open an IBM Cloud® Support ticket and work with IBM Support to obtain available IP addresses for you to install the VRAs from the HPE Zerto Software console, instead of the IBM Cloud for VMware Solutions console.
{: tsResolve}

To access the HPE Zerto Software console, click the **Zerto** card from the **Services** tab of the instance and click **View details**. Then, click **View Zerto console**.
