# Adding, viewing, and deleting clusters for Cyber Recovery instances

As of 17 July 2025, new automated installations of Red Hat&reg; OpenShift&reg; for VMware® are no longer available for new or existing deployments of VMware Cloud Foundation for Classic - Automated instances. You can still use or delete your existing Red Hat OpenShift for VMware automated installations until 16 July 2026. The service will no longer be available from 17 July 2026.

You can add clusters to Cyber Recovery instances to expand the compute and storage capacity. Within a cluster, you can manage VMware vSphere ESXi™ servers for better resource allocation and high availability. When no longer needed, delete the added clusters from your instances.

The procedures to add, view, and delete clusters for Cyber Recovery instances are similar to the ones for VMware Cloud Foundation for Classic - Automated instances. For more information, see the following topics:
