Getting help and support

If you have problems or questions, you can get help by searching for information or by asking questions through one of the following forums. You can also create a case in the IBM Cloud console.

When you use the forums to ask a question, tag your question so that it is seen by the IBM Cloud® development teams.

• If you have technical questions about virtual servers, post your question on Stack Overflow and tag your question with "ibm-cloud" and "virtual-servers".
• For questions about the service and getting started instructions, use the IBM Developer Answers forum. Make sure to include the "virtual servers" and "ibm cloud" tags.
