# Viewing and changing vFSA licenses

The vFSA has three available licenses:

* Advanced Threat Protection (ATP)
* Unified Threat Management (UTM)
* Enterprise

For information on the features offered with these licenses, refer to [Choosing a vFSA License](https://cloud.ibm.com/docs/vfsa?topic=vfsa-getting-started-vfsa&format=markdown#choosing-vfsa-license).

To view your current license, follow these steps:

1. From your browser, open the [IBM Cloud console](https://cloud.ibm.com/login){: external} and log in to your account.
1. Select the Menu icon ![Menu icon](../../icons/icon_hamburger.svg) from the upper left, then click **Classic Infrastructure**.
1. Choose **Network > Gateway Appliances**.
1. Click the Gateway Appliance Name to access the Gateway Appliance Details page.

To change your current license, you must also perform the following steps:

1. Run a [Readiness check](https://cloud.ibm.com/docs/vfsa?topic=vfsa-vfsa-readiness&format=markdown) for “License upgrade” and address any errors that are found.
1. After the readiness update check for the license update and renewal is complete, the Readiness check section shows a **Ready** status.
1. In the Details section, click **Update License** for the license you want to change.
1. Select your new license type, then click **Submit**.
