Allowlisting webhook IP addresses for secure server access

Outbound webhook notifications come from subnet ranges for specific data center locations and individual IP addresses for multi-zone regions. Review the tables to find the IP addresses by region, and then use them to configure your firewall to allow traffic from only these IPs.
