Why can't I see the products that I need to onboard?

If you expect to see a list of your products on the My products page in Partner Center, but instead see Getting started steps, you might be in the wrong account.

When you go to the My products page in Partner Center, you see Getting started steps instead of a list of your products.

This error typically occurs because no products are associated with the account you are accessing.

Make sure you are in the correct account by opening the account menu in the navigation bar and selecting the account where the product is located.
