What information do I need to provide to the support team?

As of 16 June 2025, you cannot create new instances in this version of this product. All of the functionality is now available in the updated experience of Security and Compliance Center Workload Protection. For more information, see the transition documentation.

If you encounter an issue that you cannot fix while you work with Security and Compliance Center, contact the IBM Cloud support team.

When you open a support ticket, be sure to provide the following information that is relevant to your case:

  • The ID of the entity that you have a question about - Attachment, Profile, Specification, or Rule.
  • The scope.
  • A detailed description of the issue.
  • Any other information that can help to process your ticket quickly.
