Getting help

If you have problems or questions when using Qiskit Runtime (Beta), you can go directly to the IBM Cloud® Support page to view cloud status or post questions on Stack Overflow. Choose Qiskit Runtime from the Topic field to open a support case.

The new IBM Quantum Platform interface has been released in early access mode. It is recommended that you start using that interface to work with IBM Quantum services. Because it is built on IBM Cloud, migration is straightforward. See the migration guide for details.

• Review the frequently asked questions.
• You can check the status of the IBM Cloud platform and resources by going to the Status page.
• You can review Stack Overflow to see whether other users ran into the same problem. When using the forum to ask a question, tag your question with "ibm-cloud" and "quantum" so that it is seen by the IBM Cloud development teams.
