PowerVS infrastructure cases
To open a support ticket for Power Virtual Server, complete the following steps:
- Log in to the IBM Cloud with your IBM Cloud account credentials.
- In the menu bar, click Support.
- Under Contact Support, click Create a case.
- In the Create a case page, select Your resources.
- Search for your impacted Power Virtual Server resource, and click Next.
- Enter Power Virtual Server in the Subject field and a detailed description of the problem in the Description field.
- Attach any helpful files, decide whether you want email updates, and click Next.
- Review your support ticket summary, and click Submit case.
Opening Operating System (AIX or IBM i) related cases with IBM Support
If you are facing any AIX or IBM i operating system-specific issue, It is recommended that you directly engage with the operating system support using the portal as follows.
- Log in to the IBM Support portal using your IBM id.
- Click Open a case.
- On the Product field, enter AIX on Cloud or IBM i on Cloud.
- Complete all the other required information, and click Submit Case.
