# IBM Cloud extended support and product release levels

IBM Cloud® is committed to support a set of key products for extended periods. Depending on a product's release level, various levels of [support](https://cloud.ibm.com/docs/support?topic=support-using-avatar&format=markdown), committed warranties, or service level agreements (SLAs) are available.

## Extended support for key products

The following table lists the products that IBM® will not withdraw support for before the indicated date, unless a functional equivalent is provided.

For products that are not included in the previous table, IBM will provide at least 12 months notice of its intention to discontinue or replace a generally available product, unless IBM must act sooner to comply with applicable laws, legal obligations, or regulations, to address a security issue, or to avoid undue economic burden. In such circumstances, IBM will take all reasonable actions to provide as much notice to customers as possible.
