Voraussetzungen
Führen Sie die folgenden Tasks aus, um den Block Storage for VPC-Treiber zu verwenden:
- Erstellen Sie einen Red Hat OpenShift on IBM Cloud-Cluster in einer VPC-Infrastruktur.
- Beschriften Sie Ihre Workerknoten.
- Erstellen Sie den geheimen Schlüssel für Ihren Speicher.
- Erstellen Sie einen geheimen Schlüssel für Image-Pull-Operationen, der Ihre IAM-Berechtigungsnachweise verwendet.
Workerknoten mit Bezeichnungen versehen
Bevor Sie den Block Storage for VPC-Treiber bereitstellen können, müssen Sie Ihre Workerknoten vorbereiten, indem Sie die erforderlichen Bezeichnungen hinzufügen.

Block Storage for VPC-Treiber entfernen
Wenn Sie den Block Storage for VPC-Treiber in Ihrem Cluster nicht mehr verwenden möchten, können Sie die Konfigurationszuordnung und damit die Treiber-Pods entfernen.
Durch das Entfernen des Block Storage for VPC-Treibers aus Ihrem Cluster werden nicht die Daten auf Ihren Speicherdatenträgern entfernt. Informationen zum vollständigen Entfernen Ihrer PVs und PVCs finden Sie unter Persistenten Speicher bereinigen.
