Product differences

If you've used IBM OpenPages on premises, IBM OpenPages on Cloud Pak for Data, or IBM OpenPages on Cloud, you'll notice some differences in IBM OpenPages® as a Service.

The following features are currently not supported in IBM OpenPages® as a Service:

• Global Search
• Integration with Cognos Analytics
• Filtering on long string fields (full-text search)
• Custom code, including custom workflow actions, custom triggers, custom helpers (JSPs), and custom jobs in the Scheduler
• The ability to open and edit Microsoft Office files directly from IBM OpenPages
• Notification Manager
• Loss Event Entry
• SDI Connectors
• Connector for Thomson Reuters Regulatory Intelligence (TRRI)
• The ability to configure the hierarchical condition on security rules for Record Level Security Rules and Field Level Security Rules
