Statement of support for agents and exporters

IBM provides a statement of support for third party software used with the IBM Cloud Monitoring service.

Client’s use of External Software is governed by the third-party terms provided with External Software, not the Agreement or the Service Description for the Service. IBM® does not provide support for External Software, nor does IBM make any representations or warranties regarding Client’s use of External Software, including but not limited to the intellectual property or data rights associated with External Software, the security of External Software, or compliance with privacy or other laws governing use of External Software.
