Microsoft SQL Server images on VPC
When you create a VSI, you specify the operating system image that your VSIs use. You can use Microsoft SQL Server images for VSIs.
Microsoft SQL catalog images are now available in the Catalog. You can use the IBM Cloud console to order the Microsoft SQL Server. For more information, refer the Getting started with Catalog images on VPC.
Microsoft SQL Server catalog images
IBM provides several images that can be used for Microsoft SQL Server catalog images. The images are listed on the Change image pop-up window from the Image and profile section of the Virtual server for VPC form.
For 2019 Web edition, you need to use the stock images. For information on how to use the stock images, refer Getting started with Stock images on VPC.
