If you experience an issue or have questions when you're working in Red Hat AI InstructLab, complete the following steps to debug the issue before opening an support case.
- Check the Status for service interruptions or outages.
- Review the Debugging guide.
- Review the InstructLab artifacts and log files in your IBM Cloud Object Storage bucket.
- If you still can't resolve the problem, you can create a support case.
