Getting help and support for IBM Cloud® Infrastructure
If you experience an issue or have questions when you deploy IBM Cloud® Infrastructure, try the following resources before you open a support case.
- Ask a question in the AI assistant from the console or the IBM Cloud CLI.
- Review the FAQs in the deployment guide.
Check the status of the IBM Cloud platform and resources by going to the Status page.
Review the GitHub issues to see whether other users experienced the same problem.
If you still can't resolve the problem, you can open a support case. If you want to provide feedback, see Submitting feedback.
Route your support case
To correctly route your support case to speed up resolution, make sure that you select the right product when you open the case.
If you have issues when you are deploying an architecture, use the name of the deployable architecture as it is listed in the catalog. However, if you successfully deployed an architecture and have an issue with a service in the architecture, set that service as the product name in the support case.
