Why isn't my gateway showing Provisioned status yet?

After you order a direct link, it can take up to 30 minutes to complete the configuration and show "Provisioned" status.

My gateway still shows Pending status.

It can take up to 30 minutes for provisioning of your direct link to be completed.

If the gateway is not showing Provisioned status 30 minutes after ordering, open a support case in the IBM console to further troubleshoot.
