As of 30 September 2019, the IBM Watson™ Discovery Knowledge Graph Beta APIs (Knowledge graph entity query /v1/environments/{environment_id}/collections/{collection_id}/query_entities and Knowledge Graph relationship query /v1/environments/{environment_id}/collections/{collection_id}/query_relations) are no longer accessible.
