`ipInSubnet`

Restituisce true se l'IP è nella sottorete di ipPrefix.

ipInSubnet(ip: string, ipPrefix: string): bool

Restituisce il prefisso IP di un dato indirizzo IP con subnetSize bit (ad esempio, 192.128.0.0/9 ).
