Utilizzo del servizio Logpull

I clienti IBM possono accedere al servizio Logpull negli account Enterprise. Questo servizio consente agli utenti di recuperare i log delle richieste tramite HTTP utilizzando il comando Logpull. Questi log contengono dati correlati al client collegato, il percorso della richiesta attraverso la rete e la risposta dal server web di origine. Gli utenti possono eseguire query per i log a partire da 1 minuto nel passato (in relazione all'ora effettiva in cui hai eseguito la query).

Abilitazione della conservazione dei log

I log edge non vengono conservati per impostazione predefinita. Prima di poter eseguire il pull dei log utilizzando la CLI Logpull, devi abilitare la conservazione dei log. Per eseguire questa operazione, è necessario controllare l'impostazione corrente, quindi attivare o disattivare la conservazione dei log. Quando abilitato, i log vengono conservati per 7 giorni. Se la funzione di conservazione è disattivata, i log salvati in precedenza rimangono disponibili fino alla scadenza del periodo di conservazione.

  1. Per controllare se la conservazione dei log è attualmente disattivata, utilizza la CLI log-retention:
ibmcloud cis log-retention DNS_DOMAIN_ID
  1. Se l'output mostra che l'indicatore è off (predefinito), aggiornare l'impostazione nel modo seguente.
ibmcloud cis log-retention-update DNS_DOMAIN_ID --flag on

Casi di utilizzo di Logpull

Richiamo dei log basato su RayID

Se dopo aver eseguito un comando viene visualizzato un messaggio di errore, è possibile utilizzare l' RayID, indicato nell'intestazione della risposta, per ottenere i log relativi al comando.

Se hai un RAY_ID con -XXX alla fine, assicurati di rimuovere questi caratteri. Ad esempio, 12ab34cdef567gh8-XXX diventa 12ab34cdef567gh8.

Utilizzare il seguente comando per la richiesta:

ibmcloud cis logpull DNS_DOMAIN_ID --ray-id RAY_ID

Acquisizione dei log in base alla durata

Se ricevi un messaggio di errore dopo aver eseguito un comando, ma non conosci il RayID della risposta, puoi utilizzare un periodo di tempo per ottenere tutti i log per il periodo di tempo in cui si è verificato l'errore.

Utilizzare il seguente comando per la richiesta:

ibmcloud cis logpull DNS_DOMAIN_ID --start 2019-01-02T01:00:00+00:00 --end 2019-01-02T01:00:00+00:00

Dove --start e --end vengono inseriti come timestamp UNIX (in secondi o nanosecondi) oppure come timestamp assoluto conforme alla specifica RFC 3339, con una durata pari a un minuto o a un'ora.

È possibile recuperare i dati relativi a un intervallo di tempo massimo di 1 ora.

Limitazioni

Le seguenti restrizioni di utilizzo si applicano quando si utilizza la funzione Logpull.

  • Limiti di frequenza: se si superano questi limiti si ottiene una risposta di errore 429:
    • 15 richieste al minuto per zona
    • 180 richieste al minuto per utente
  • Intervallo di tempo: la differenza massima tra i parametri di inizio e fine può essere 1 ora.
  • Dimensione risposta: la dimensione massima della risposta è 10 GiB per richiesta, che equivale a circa 15 milioni di record quando sono selezionati circa 55 campi. È possibile richiamare più record quando viene selezionato un numero minore di campi perché la dimensione per record è più piccola.
  • Timeout: la risposta avrà esito negativo con una connessione terminata dopo 10 minuti.
  • Timeout flusso: la richiesta verrà terminata con una risposta di errore 408 se la connessione è inattiva per 30 secondi. Questo timeout di solito indica che la richiesta è troppo esaustiva (timeout frequenti - più di 12 all'ora). I timeout del flusso determineranno il blocco delle query successive con un codice stato 429 per 1 ora. Per evitare il timeout, provare a richiedere i record utilizzando un numero inferiore di campi oppure provare con parametri di inizio e fine più piccoli.
