Logpull-Service verwenden

IBM Kunden können auf den Logpull-Service auf Unternehmenskonten zugreifen. Dieser Dienst ermöglicht es Benutzern, Anforderungsprotokolle über HTTP mithilfe des Befehls Logpull abzurufen. Diese Protokolle enthalten Daten, die sich auf den Verbindungsclient, den Anforderungspfad über das Netz und die Antwort vom Ursprungswebserver beziehen. Benutzer können Protokolle ab 1 Minute in der Vergangenheit abfragen (relativ zur tatsächlichen Zeit, zu der Sie die Abfrage durchführen).

Protokollaufbewahrung aktivieren

Edge-Protokolle werden standardmäßig nicht aufbewahrt. Bevor Sie Protokolle über die Logpull-Befehlszeilenschnittstelle abrufen können, müssen Sie die Protokollaufbewahrung aktivieren. Dazu müssen Sie die aktuelle Einstellung überprüfen und anschließend die Protokollaufbewahrung ein- oder ausschalten. Wenn diese Option aktiviert ist, werden Protokolle 7 Tage lang aufbewahrt. Wenn die Aufbewahrung deaktiviert ist, bleiben zuvor gespeicherte Protokolle bis zum Ablauf der Aufbewahrungsfrist verfügbar.

  1. Verwenden Sie die log-retention in der Befehlszeilenschnittstelle, um zu prüfen, ob die Protokollaufbewahrung momentan ausgeschaltet ist:
ibmcloud cis log-retention DNS_DOMAIN_ID
  1. Wenn die Ausgabe zeigt, dass das Flag auf den Standardwert off gesetzt ist, ändern Sie die Einstellung wie folgt:
ibmcloud cis log-retention-update DNS_DOMAIN_ID --flag on

Anwendungsfälle für Logpull

Protokolle anhand der Ray-ID abrufen

Wenn Sie nach der Ausführung eines Befehls eine Fehlernachricht erhalten, können Sie mithilfe der im Header angegebenen Ray-ID die Protokolle zu dem Befehl abrufen.

Wenn Sie eine RAY_ID mit -XXX am Ende vorfinden, müssen Sie diese Zeichen entfernen. Beispiel: 12ab34cdef567gh8-XXX wird zu 12ab34cdef567gh8.

Verwenden Sie für die Anforderung den folgenden Befehl:

Protokolle anhand der Zeitdauer abrufen

Wenn Sie nach der Ausführung eines Befehls eine Fehlernachricht erhalten, die Ray-ID der Antwort jedoch nicht kennen, können Sie anhand der Zeitdauer alle Protokolle für den Zeitraum abrufen, in dem der Fehler aufgetreten ist.

Verwenden Sie für die Anforderung den folgenden Befehl:

ibmcloud cis logpull DNS_DOMAIN_ID --start 2019-01-02T01:00:00+00:00 --end 2019-01-02T01:00:00+00:00

Dabei --end wird und --start als UNIX-Zeitstempel (in Sekunden oder Nanosekunden) oder als absoluter Zeitstempel gemäß RFC 3339 mit einer Zeitdauer von einer Minute oder einer Stunde eingegeben.

Sie können Daten für einen Zeitraum von maximal einer Stunde abrufen.

Die Antwort lautet wie folgt:

Einschränkungen

Bei Verwendung der Logpull-Funktion gelten die folgenden Nutzungsbeschränkungen.

  • Ratenbegrenzungen: Das Überschreiten dieser Begrenzung führt zu einer 429-Fehlerantwort:
    • 15 Anforderungen pro Minute pro Zone
    • 180 Anforderungen pro Minute pro Benutzer
  • Zeitbereich: Die maximale Differenz zwischen den Start-und Endparametern kann 1 Stunde sein.
  • Antwortgröße: Die maximale Antwortgröße beträgt 10 GiB pro Anforderung, was ungefähr 15 M Datensätzen entspricht, wenn ungefähr 55 Felder ausgewählt werden. Es können mehr Datensätze abgerufen werden, wenn weniger Felder ausgewählt werden, da die Größe pro Datensatz kleiner ist.
  • Zeitlimit: Die Antwort schlägt nach 10 Minuten mit einer beendeten Verbindung fehl.
  • Datenstromzeitlimit: Die Anforderung wird mit einer 408-Fehlerantwort beendet, wenn die Verbindung 30 Sekunden inaktiv ist. Dieses Zeitlimit bedeutet normalerweise, dass die Anforderung zu vollständig ist (häufige Zeitlimitüberschreitungen-mehr als 12 pro Stunde). Zeitlimitüberschreitungen bei Datenströmen führen dazu, dass nachfolgende Abfragen mit dem Statuscode 429 eine Stunde lang blockiert werden. Um das Zeitlimit zu vermeiden, versuchen Sie, Datensätze anzufordern, indem Sie weniger Felder verwenden, oder versuchen Sie es mit kleineren Start-und Endparametern.
