Are you having access issues when you were able to do so before?
When attempting to manage IBM Cloud Activity Tracker Event Routing, you are unable to do so and are getting errors indicating you do not have access to do so.
Your requests fail indicating you do not have access or the correct privileges.
If Administrator privileges are set to All Identity and Access enabled services
in Cloud Identity and Access Management you will be unable to manage the IBM Cloud Activity Tracker Event Routing configuration. Administrator privileges
must be configured for Activity Tracker
or All Account Management Services
in Cloud Identity and Access Management.
Reconfigure the Administrator privileges in Cloud Identity and Access Management and retry your IBM Cloud Activity Tracker Event Routing requests.
