Why can't I update my billing address?

You're unable to update your billing address because editing it from the Payment methods page isn't supported.

You can't update the billing address for the payment method that's used for your IBM Cloud® account.

Editing the billing address of the account's payment method from the Payment methods page in the IBM Cloud console is not supported.
