Why can't I find a case that I previously created?

You can't find your cases that you created before the migration from SoftLayer to the enhanced IBM Cloud experience.

You can't find any cases that you created before 2 December 2018 on the Managed cases page.

Cases that were opened before 2 December 2018 are visible only as archived cases.

To view your cases, from the IBM Cloud console menu bar, click the Help icon Help icon > Support center, and then click View all from the Recent support cases widget.
