Why can't I view any Enterprise Savings Plan commitments?

You're unable to view any commitments because your account isn't enrolled in the Enterprise Savings Plan billing model.

I can't view any commitments from the Enterprise Savings Plan page in the IBM Cloud® console.

You can view active or existing commitments only if you signed up for the IBM Cloud Enterprise Savings Plan billing model.
