Why doesn't the console open when I log in with my IBMid?

You're unable to access the console after login because a browser issue is preventing the page from loading properly.

When you log in to the IBM Cloud console by using your IBMid, a login success message is displayed, but you don't return to the IBM Cloud console.

An issue with the browser is causing you to not return to the IBM Cloud console.

Use one of the following options:

• Close your browser, clear the cache and cookies, then try to log in again.
• Log in from the IBM Cloud console.
