Why didn't my payment process when I tried to upgrade my IBM Cloud account?

You tried to upgrade to a Pay-As-You-Go account by using a credit card.

When you go Manage > Account > Account Settings in the IBM Cloud console, the following message is displayed:

Could not place order. Problem authorizing the credit card. We are unable to process your request: Transaction Rejected.

Something went wrong while your account upgrade was being processed and the upgrade couldn't be completed.
