Why do I get a section error when I try to provide credit card information?

You are unable to complete the registration of a new account or to update the credit card information on an existing account because the Credit Card information section can’t be loaded.

The following error appears in the Credit Card information section of the form:

This section can’t be loaded.

A network issue might affect the loading of this section of the form.

You can troubleshoot potential network problems by using a private or incognito window, by trying without a VPN or with a different VPN, or by using a browser on a different computer or device.
