Why can’t I apply a commitment to my account?
You've already had an Enterprise Savings Plan commitment on your account and you want to add another.
Your Enterprise Savings Plan account has expired and you try to add another commitment by using the Enterprise Savings Plan page in the IBM Cloud console.
You can't add a commitment to the account by using the IBM Cloud console. The only way to add a commitment is by contacting sales.
