HOW TO ACCESS THE FIRST TIME:
On IBM Cloud you should first bind a floating IP and use that bound IP to access the console. For instructions, see this this article.
First time users can launch the console at http://{Instance IP/DNS}/console

HOW TO LOGIN THE FIRST TIME:
Once you have reached the console login screen, you will need credentials to log in.
